Bach Flower Mustard is intended for sudden depression that comes on suddenly and disappears just as suddenly for no apparent reason. It can be a very deep melancholy, like a cold black cloud that envelops and darkens everything, destroying the usual good humour. The person is totally overwhelmed by this state, really doesn't understand where it comes from and is unable to get rid of it at will.

The positive potential of Bach Mustard Flower is the return of joy, the dissipation of this dark cloud and the return of sunshine to their lives.

Dosage
Dilute two drops in a glass of water and drink it at regular intervals. Repeat if necessary.

For combined use, add two drops of each of the selected Flowers (up to seven) in a 30ml mixing bottle, fill with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times a day.

If necessary, Bach Original Flowers can be poured directly onto the tongue or rubbed on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.

You can use Original Bach Flowers as often as you like. If you are disturbed, a single dose may be sufficient. If your condition is persistent, you can use the flowers as long as you need them.

Aqueous extract from Sinapis arvensis (dilution 1/500), alcohol 27%.
