Bach Pine Flower is suitable for people who feel guilty and constantly question themselves. They may even consider themselves responsible for the faults of others, or even for everything that goes wrong, and feel unworthy and undeserving.

They may even apologise for being ill and sometimes feel they have earned their illness or suffering. Not to be confused with self-loathing (see Crab Apple).

The positive potential of Bach Pine Flower helps people to accept their responsibilities realistically. The positive Pine type accepts and respects itself, without making overly negative judgements. Dr Bach wrote about Pine: "... Any condemnation of ourselves or others is a condemnation of the universal creation of love, it restricts us and limits our power to infuse others with universal love."

Dosage
Dilute two drops in a glass of water and drink it at regular intervals. Repeat if necessary.

For combined use, add two drops of each of the selected Flowers (up to seven) in a 30ml mixing bottle, fill with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times a day.

If necessary, Bach Original Flowers can be poured directly onto the tongue or rubbed on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.

You can use Original Bach Flowers as often as you like. If you are disturbed, a single dose may be sufficient. If your condition is persistent, you can use the flowers as long as you need them.

Aqueous extract from Pinus sylvestris (dilution 1/500), alcohol 27%.
