Bach Flower Red Chestnut is for excessive, selfless concern for others, especially family and close friends. These people fear the worst for their loved ones, for example that a minor ailment will get worse, that a child will fall while playing or that a plane on holiday will crash. They also care and worry about other people's problems. It is sometimes a temporary state of mind that manifests itself among care assistants, nurses, counsellors, etc...

The positive potential of Bach Red Chestnut Flower is the ability to care for others with compassion, but without anxiety. The positive Red Chestnut type inspires ideas of health and courage in those who need it and remains physically and morally calm in emergencies. They are happy to help when asked, but refrain from imposing their help on others.

Dosage
Dilute two drops in a glass of water and drink it at regular intervals. Repeat if necessary.

For combined use, add two drops of each of the selected Flowers (up to seven) in a 30ml mixing bottle, fill with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times a day.

If necessary, Bach Original Flowers can be poured directly onto the tongue or rubbed on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.

You can use Original Bach Flowers as often as you like. If you are disturbed, a single dose may be sufficient. If your condition is persistent, you can use the flowers as long as you need them.

Aqueous extract from Aesculus carnea (dilution 1/500), alcohol 27%.
