STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Dear Valued Client,

For your better service and satisfaction please read our Return Policy carefully:

1. You have 14 days starting from the delivery day to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email. Once you have informed us, please proceed immediately by returning the items. The items shall be returned within 14 days from the time you inform us of your intention to return them. 

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

3. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the returned goods and provided that those goods have been inspected and they conform with all conditions of our Return Policy. You can also opt in to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on store purchases. 

4. Shipping costs will not be refunded by the store in case of returns. These shall be borne entirely by the Client returning the items.

5. Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded in case of returns.

6. Customs duties: Any order placed on sundayinlisboa.com and delivered outside of Cyprus may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that may be imposed when the package reaches its destination.

These possible customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and are entirely your obligation. We are not able to verify the applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out, we recommend that you inquire with the competent authorities in your country.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             7. ATTENTION The following products are  CANNOT  be returned and no refund may be given due to health and hygiene reasons:                                                                                                                                                                              a. Products with short expiration date;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      b. Products on offer due to approaching expiration date;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     c. Sealed products or products that are unsafe for return due to health and hygiene reasons which may have been unsealed or opened after the Delivery.                                                                                                                              8. PROMOTIONS: promotions do not apply to items already on sale.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                9. Prices on the website                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       The prices shown on the website are expressed in euros, including all Cypriot taxes (Cypriot VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order) excluding shipping fees. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Orders placed from countries outside the EU will be exempt from CYPRIOT VAT (19% except for books, which are 3%). The calculation is done automatically during the ordering process as soon as the billing and shipping address is entered.
