Medium intensity ruby, bright violet rim. Intense notes of fresh red fruit – blackberries, crushed strawberries, light herbal, cherry, fragrant and beautifully complex. Mouth with crisp, fresh and intense acidity. Delicate, smooth and crunchy tannins. Excellent combination, good balance and a great finish.

With the desire to go further, we brought techniques from other places to No Rules Wines, deciding to make wine in clay pots. With these wines, we want to show the combination of granite and clay!

Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow. Aroma of great complexity with notes of honey, orange in syrup and baked apple. Tense and broad palate with a fantastic balance between vibrant acidity and a long, textured finish.

Bright ruby ​​of medium intensity. Complex aroma, with marked notes of black fruit
(jelly) and cherry, spicy and with a note of wet earth. Fresh acidity in the mouth, firm tannin and long finish.

From the desire to do things differently, our Republicano was born! Just like in 1910, we sought a new way of creating. Outside of the traditional blend, we only use Syrah, to better express ourselves as No Rules Wines.

Tasting Notes
Bright ruby ​​color of medium depth.
It presents an intense aromatic profile, with notes of ripe red fruit accompanied by a layer of complexity with toast, smoke and tobacco notes.
Fine and elegant. On the palate, it has full but elegant tannins with excellent body. The balance of fresh acidity, moderate alcohol content and elegant tannins make it a Syrah inspired by the “old world”. Long finish, fresh and full-bodied.

A starting point to discover Dão! “Portal da Estrela” is a fresh and juicy wine, to share and toast. A wine with great fruit intensity and a
fresh elegance, so typical of Dão.
