Salads are more than just leaves. Take the best of seasonal produce and make bowls, boards, and jars of salad to enjoy throughout the year.

Salad Meals shows you how to eat the rainbow of fruit and vegetables all year long with delicious and satisfying meals. Organized by season to highlight what is freshest and most delicious at that moment, Salad Meals offers a more sustainable approach to shopping, and one that is better for your overall health.

In addition to delicious main course salads, Salad Meals introduces readers to the concept of salad boards (a riff on the popular snack and charcuterie boards), which are sure to impress at dinner parties. And for busy workdays, ideas for salad jars to take to work for desk lunches are healthy and time saving. Hearty salads use the addition of grains and proteins for the colder months, and lighter salads take advantage of fleeting spring and summer produce for the warmer months. Salad Meals is sure to expand your idea of what salad can be, and how it can delight.

A gorgeous homage to coastal food and living filled with delicious recipes and dreamy photography of beaches, boats, and the sea.

For ocean lovers and seafarers, this photo-rich cookbook features 65 vegetable-forward and pescatarian recipes to satisfy hungry sailors and surfers or to savor after a day of beachy languor. Soil to Table: The Land Gardeners - THAMES & HUDSON
Recipes for Healthy Soil and Food
Henrietta Courtauld, Bridget Elworthy

Reflecting on the link between the health of our soils and what we eat, Soil to Table is filled with ideas and wisdom about how to care for your soil and includes recipes from chef Lulu Cox

Soil is a delicate ecosystem made up of minerals, water, air, plant roots, organic matter, insects and a complex web of micro-organisms. We rely on its health for our food and our future - just as caring for the gut flora within our intestines is vital to human wellbeing, so too is caring for the microbes in the soil the essence of soil health.

Following on from their bestselling book The Land Gardeners: Cut Flowers, authors and gardeners Bridget Elworthy and Henrietta Courtauld explore the full cycle of soil to table. From the microbes in the soil to the seasoning in your dishes, each plays an important role in contributing to a delicious and nutritious meal.

With recipes from chef Lulu Cox and paintings by Nancy Cadogan, Soil to Table is a celebration of the garden and an informative guide to cultivating healthy soil in order to produce glorious food.

About the Author
Bridget Elworthy and Henrietta Courtauld both trained and worked as lawyers before studying garden design. Henrietta went on to work with landscape and garden designer Tom Stuart-Smith and then started her own garden design business. Bridget went on to study horticulture in London before spending three years back in her native New Zealand, where she grew peonies on the family farm, Craigmore, before moving to Wardington Manor. As The Land Gardeners, both Henrietta and Bridget now specialise in the design of
productive gardens - particularly walled gardens. They have combined forces to research soil health and its importance as the source of plant, animal, human and, ultimately, planetary health. They launched The Farm Project to make high-quality, microbially rich compost on a large scale, with the goal of empowering growers and farmers to do the same. Their book The Land Gardeners: Cut Flowers was published by Thames & Hudson in 2019.

Spritz Fever!
Spritz Fever! Sixty Champagne and Sparkling Wine Cocktails

Author Elouise Anders, Illustrated by Sarah Hankinson

Become a certified fizz whiz with this illustrated guide to creating sixty ultra-refreshing spritz cocktails.

The 60 spritz recipes in Spritz Fever! are in the cocktail style of the decade. Seeing as most spritzes are low(ish) in ABV (well, certainly lower than wine, anyway), they're the ideal companion for any day-drinking event. Plus, as most Instagram feeds can attest, spritzes aren't just a drink...they're a lifestyle. These bubbly wonders speak to a careless Italian summer spent reclining by the beach in fine and flowing linen.

What can be so easy to forget is that spritzes are so much more than just Aperol and bubbles. In this book, you'll learn about the classic European liqueurs, like Cynar, Campari, Luxardo Bitter, Meletti, and more. Moreover, you'll discover the nuances between prosecco, cava, and champagne can create different textures as the bubbles in each effervesce uniquely. Plus, read up on how citrus garnishes must be matched appropriately to each drink's flavor profile and, of course, color. Above all, the perfect ratio of liqueur-to-bubbles changes for each recipe. Spritz Fever! explains all of this, alongside its dreamy illustrations.

It's time you get to the very essence of effervescence. Your next party guests will love all the cocktail recipes you glean from Spritz Fever!, and just in time for summer!
