Originating in Yunnan Province, China, Pu Erh Black Tea, despite having a characteristic earthy flavour, is quite mild and aromatic.

Preparation:


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place 4 to 5 teaspoons per liter of water in a glass or porcelain teapot.

2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over it.

3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time.

4. Strain and drink hot.
