Sencha Green Tea is known for its slightly bitter, sweet and toasted taste. It is a very aromatic tea, made with the youngest and tenderest leaves, and therefore more aromatic and with a more intense flavour. The leaves are lightly steamed, rolled and cooled on the guidelines according to the Japanese special process Sencha.
Its soft, simple and comforting character makes Sencha Green Tea the ideal drink to enjoy after a meal.

1. Place 3 to 4 teaspoons per liter of water in a glass or porcelain teapot.
2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over it.
3. Keep the infusion for the recommended time.
4. Strain and drink hot or cold.
