The Larch (n°19) helps you to manage the problems involved in the lack of confidence in oneself.

Bach Larch Flower is for those who lack confidence in their abilities, those who don't even want to try because they are sure they will fail. Often suffering from an inferiority complex, they admire those who succeed without any jealousy. In fact, they know deep down that they have potential abilities but refuse to make use of them, thus avoiding any risk of failure. As a result, they can become discouraged and depressed. This Bach Flower is also very suitable for those who lack self-confidence before taking an exam, interview, driving test, etc.

The positive potential of Bach Larch Flower is seen in determined, capable people with a realistic view of their abilities, who do not think in terms of failure or success. Aware of their own potential, they strive to make the most of it. They are capable of taking initiative and risks.

Dosage
Dilute two drops in a glass of water and drink it at regular intervals. Repeat if necessary.

For combined use, add two drops of each of the selected Flowers (up to seven) in a 30ml mixing bottle, fill with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times a day.

If necessary, Bach Original Flowers can be poured directly onto the tongue or rubbed on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.

You can use Original Bach Flowers as often as you like. If you are disturbed, a single dose may be sufficient. If your condition is persistent, you can use the flowers as long as you need them.

Aqueous extract of Larix decidua (dilution 1/500), alcohol 27%.
