Dry fully ripe white wine. Gold with shiny thick citrus tears and wide edge. Dusty nose with striking freshness and a creamy texture, meaty ripe evolution with lush aromatic aftertaste. Perfect with grilled sardines and river fish, also with creamy white meat preparations; with braised root vegetables au gratin with Old Bruges cheese and with matured hard sheep cheese.
