CRAB APPLE No.10 - 20ml - BACH FLOWER

The Crab-apple tree is a Fleur de Bach 'purifying' at the physical and mental level.

Crab Apple is the “purifying Fleur de Bach” of the spirit and the body, advised with those which feel impure and test loathing with regard to themselves. That can appear in the form of an obsession, for example, always to do the housework, wash the hands frequently, or an obsession in connection with unimportant things.
Crab Apple is advised for those who have shame or feel constrained because of unpleasant physical symptoms, such as problems with their skin or imperfections. If the treatment fails, they become depressed (see also Gentian). People suffering from skin problems can employ Crab Apple to use it externally, like a lotion (a few drops in water), on a compress or added to the bath (10 drops).
The positive potential of Crab Apple is the acceptance of oneself and its imperfections. Dr. Bach described Crab Apple as “the remedy which helps us to release us from what we ’ do not like, that it is on the level of the spirit or the body. ”.

Dosage
Dilute two drops in a glass of water and drink it at regular intervals. Repeat if necessary.

For combined use, add two drops of each of the selected Flowers (up to seven) in a 30ml mixing bottle, fill with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times a day.

If necessary, Bach Original Flowers can be poured directly onto the tongue or rubbed on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.

You can use Original Bach Flowers as often as you like. If you are disturbed, a single dose may be sufficient. If your condition is persistent, you can use the flowers as long as you need them.
