american brand, a standard for the world of handmade shoes
since 1946, the aspiration to revisit the iconic penny loafer.
a cult item from the time the classic loafer became popular
among american college students, this style was typically worn
with sports socks immediately after athletic practice by those
heading into class. traditionally, the penny slipped into the cut–
out slot on the shoe saddle was to phone home.
this shoe became an icon of the 1950s generation, and today
