Directions for use: 

To make the bowl sing, place it in the palm of your hand or rest it on a suitable cushion. Gently strike the bowl with a singing bowl stick and rub it against the outside of the bowl in a circular motion. Let yourself be carried away by the purity of the sound and the resonance of the vibrations.
